Seminario di Qi Gong e Taijiquan – 3 ore: BaWu, gli otto animali per rinforzare i reni; He Shi, la respirazione
della gru; la Forma 9 di Taijiquan. / Costo € 50
Programma dei Seminari dal 12 al 18 agosto:
- Taiji Shan, il ventaglio Taiji 12-13-14 agosto – h 9.30-12 / 16-18.30 / Costo € 150
- Taiji Qiu, la sfera del Taiji per lo sviluppo della centralità del Dantian, il centro energetico.
15-16 agosto h 9.30-12 / 16-18.30/ Costo € 100 - Qi Gong; Taiji Jin, per lo sviluppo della forza elastica; Tui Shou, la spinta delle mani in coppia
17-18 agosto – h16.30-19 / Costo € 50
Per gli allievi interni alla Scuola Il Campo del Cinabro che partecipano a tutti i seminari la quota totale di
partecipazione è di €260 invece di €300
